I’ve been coming here since 2021 and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The Minikin beads are the best extensions I’ve ever had, they last so long, look incredibly natural, and blend so seamlessly that no one ever realises I’m even wearing extensions. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
This review is a long time coming! I’ve been seeing Ash for over five years now and I can honestly say he’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and a wonderful person. He’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, warm, funny and honest. He will treat you well whether you’re accustomed to the full hair works or just wanting to try a new longer or thicker hairstyle. I first went to Ash seeking a thicker-look for my fine hair. I was quite nervous as he has an amazing reputation and clients from around Australia. His calm discussion and approach around getting a thicker head of hair, protecting my natural hair and also getting a bit more length, both from my own hair and with extensions, with minimal intervention (I’m not really into colouring, but it is completely possible to do so with extensions) and within my budget was exactly what I’d hoped from an initial consult. Once I’d had my extensions fitted, I never looked back. I opted for minikin beads and Virgin Russian hair and have only replaced them a couple of times since I’ve been seeing Ash. The look, feel and healthiness of my hair has vastly improved and I really enjoy my hair now. If you are nervous or worried about visiting Ash for a consult, I promise you that he is not pushy and will wholeheartedly work with you towards the look you’re seeking. He’s an absolute gem!
