APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS:

Non-refundable Deposits apply to all Hair Extension Appointments:  

New Sets            $300   Deposit

Re tightenings      $100    Deposit 

Consultations        $50   Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required for all Hair Extension appointments including Installations , retightenings ,retapings and consultations at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The Hair Extension deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair extension installation or maintenance appointment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for at least 48 hours notice, as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future hair extension appointment if you give at least 48 hours notice. This includes Installation and Maintenance of Hair Extensions.

We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. 

We kindly ask all clients to attend to their appointments on time, being late to an appointment more than 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. 

Once A new set of Hair extensions has been installed into the clients hair there will be no refunds or Exchange.

Minikin Bead hair extensions are Exclusive to Hair Extension Bar and to be only maintained by us.
