Maintenance and Retightening Hair Extensions
Retightening Services Do not Include Cutting, Styling or wash & Blow-dry as they are extra services.
Extensions that are left in more than 6-8 weeks will cost extra surcharge for maintenance, $50 t0 $300 depending on how many weeks it has been.
We do not guarantee our extensions if they are not maintained by us within 6-8 weeks.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
*DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS: Non Refundable
New Set: $300 Deposit
Retightening : $100 Deposit
A non refundable deposit is required for all Hair Extension appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The Hair Extension deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair extension installation or maintenance appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask for at least 48 hours notice, as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future hair extension appointment if you give at least 48 hours notice. This includes Installation and Maintenance of Hair Extension Appointments.
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
Please note :
Once A new set of Hair extensions have been installed into the clients hair there will be no refunds or Exchange.
